The Beeple's Wildflower Honey is harvested in Little Tujunga Canyon in the Angeles National Forest in late spring and early summer from a variety of native wildflowers such as Black Sage, California Buckwheat, Toyon, Mustard, Laurel Sumac, Golden Current, Deerweed, and others. This honey varies in color throughout the year from light golden to darker amber, depending on which flowers the bees have visited.
